Ecolab in Honolulu, HI is seeking a Pest Control Technician Trainee to join our team. You'll be at the forefront protecting public health and commercial businesses by delivering science-based pest elimination solutions, through our training program.

The role offers a 5-week paid training, travel for training to Eagan, MN, a Monday–Friday daytime schedule from 8:00am to 5:00pm, and a starting training pay of $24.65 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two years of work or military experience.
• Valid driver's license with no restrictions.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must obtain pest certification and/or business licensing.
• Background check and drug test may be required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 5-week paid training program on pest detection and elimination.
• Build relationships with commercial customers, including hospitality and foodservice.
• Document pest issues using handheld equipment and provide high-quality service.
• Obtain required pest control licensing and certifications.
