Job summary

Ecolab in Denver, CO is seeking a Pest Control Technician Trainee to join our team. You will start with a 5-week paid training to learn pest detection, elimination and prevention techniques and begin building a long-term career in service, sales, or management.

You’ll work a bread-route schedule (Mon-Fri, 4am–noon) in Denver and surrounding areas, with licensing requirements and on-the-job supervision as you gain expertise and certifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of work or military experience.
• Current valid driver's license with no restrictions.
• Ability to work overnight shifts and weekends.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Ability to obtain pest certification and business licensing as required.
• Background check and drug test required; immigration sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Complete a 5-week paid training program for pest detection, elimination, and prevention.
• Establish relationships with commercial customers, including hospitality and foodservice.
• Document pest issues using handheld devices.
• Deliver service under supervision while learning product offerings.
• Obtain required pest control licensing/certification.
