Ecolab is seeking a Pest Control Technician Trainee to join our Beaverton, OR team. You will enter a five-week paid training program to learn pest detection and elimination techniques, while building relationships with commercial customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of work or military experience preferred.
• Current valid Driver's License with no restrictions required.
• Must be 18 years or older; available for overnight shifts.
• Pest certification or licensing required by state/local law.
• Background check and drug test required; immigration sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 5-week paid training program.
• Establish relationships with commercial customers (hospitality, foodservice).
• Partner with customers on pest elimination needs and best practices.
• Maintain knowledge of Ecolab's products and services.
• Deliver service under supervision and obtain required pest control licensing.
