Job summary

OPC Pest Services, headquartered in Louisville, KY, is seeking a Pest Control Technician to serve residential and commercial customers across the community. You’ll start from home, manage your own route, and use company tools to protect homes and businesses from pests.

Training is provided; no pest control experience is required. This full-time role offers uncapped commissions, an independent work style, and opportunities to grow within the Rollins family of brands.

Qualifications

No pest control experience required; training provided.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Valid driver’s license required through life of employment.
Experience in home services industry preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Perform pest management services for residential and commercial customers.
Work with a team to install home encapsulation pest management solutions.
Inspect properties and recommend solutions.
Build strong customer relationships based on trust and professionalism.
Manage your route efficiently and independently.
Identify opportunities to better serve your customers.
Maintain service documentation and reports.
Work closely with office staff to ensure excellent customer service.
