Job summary

OPC Pest Services is seeking a Pest Control Technician to start from home with a take-home company vehicle, serving residential and commercial customers in Milwaukee and nearby areas. You’ll manage your own route, perform pest management, and build trusted relationships in your community.

Paid training starts at $25 per hour, with an 18% commission on completed services and uncapped monthly sales commissions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Valid driver's license (through life of employment).
• No pest control experience required.
• Experience in home services industry preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform pest management services for residential and commercial customers.
• Inspect properties and recommend solutions.
• Build strong customer relationships based on trust and professionalism.
• Manage your route efficiently and independently.
• Identify opportunities to better serve your customers.
• Maintain service documentation and reports.

Qualifications

• No experience in pest control necessary
• High School Diploma/GED
• Valid driver's license must be maintained through life of employment
• Experience in home services industry is preferred but not required

Must maintain a good driving record and be able to pass criminal history background check, physical exam and drug screen.

Physical Demands / Working Environment

Candidates must be able to perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodations:

• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
• Able to work in all types of weather conditions
