Job summary

American Pest Control is seeking a Pest Control Technician to work from home with a company vehicle for a Lincoln, Illinois route. You will perform pest management at homes and businesses, inspect properties, and build lasting relationships with customers.

Training is provided, with the route based in Lincoln and a focus on independence after initial coaching. The role offers full-time, year-round work with uncapped commissions, paid training starting at $25 per hour, and a transition to 22%

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license must be maintained through life of employment.
• Preferred candidates live within the Lincoln, Illinois area.
• Experience in home services industry is preferred but not required.
• Must pass criminal history background check, physical exam and drug screen.
