Job summary

OPC Pest Services in Illinois is seeking driven individuals to join our local team as full-time pest management professionals. You will start from home, work with a company vehicle, and service residential and commercial customers while building your route.

No prior pest control experience is required; we provide training, support, and ongoing development. You’ll earn a starting training wage of $25 per hour, with uncapped commissions that can push annual earnings toward $60,000–$80,000 or more.

Qualifications

No pest control experience necessary.
High School Diploma/GED.
Valid driver’s license must be maintained through life of employment.
Experience in home services industry is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Perform pest management services for residential and commercial customers.
Work with a team to install home encapsulation pest management solutions.
Inspect properties and recommend solutions.
Build strong customer relationships based on trust and professionalism.
Manage your route efficiently and independently.
Identify opportunities to better serve your customers.
Maintain service documentation and reports.
Work closely with office staff to ensure excellent customer service.
