American Pest Control, a proud hometown brand of OPC Pest Services, is expanding across Eastern and Central Illinois and seeks motivated individuals who want the freedom to work independently while making a difference in their communities.

Starting from home with a take-home company vehicle and full-time year-round work, you’ll manage a local Lincoln, Illinois route, perform pest management for homes and businesses, build lasting customer relationships, and expand your earnings through uncapped

• Valid driver's license must be maintained through employment.
• Preferred candidates live within the Lincoln, Illinois area.
• Experience in home services industry is preferred but not required.

• Build strong customer relationships based on trust and professionalism.

What You Can Earn

Paid training starting at $25 per hour

Transition to 22% commission on completed services

Opportunity to earn $60,000 to $80,000+ annually

Uncapped monthly sales commissions

Qualifications

Must maintain a good driving record and be able to pass criminal history background check, physical exam and drug screen.

Physical Demands / Working Environment:

• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity


• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.


• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.


• Able to work in all types of weather conditions
