Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions in Houston, TX is seeking a Service Technician to deliver proactive pest control during scheduled visits, inspect for activity, and explain treatments to customers.

This role requires a valid driver's license, 1+ year customer service, and the ability to lift and operate equipment; base pay is $16.00 per hour with additional earning opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience, preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and 3+ years of driving history.
• Pest control licensing or training, as required (provided).

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior pest control treatments using approved products and methods.
• Inspect properties for signs of pest activity and recommend solutions.
• Provide excellent customer service by explaining treatments and maintaining records.
• Maintain equipment, inventory, and vehicles.
• Follow safety policies and use technology to manage appointments and service docs.
