Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions in Round Rock, TX is seeking a Service Technician to deliver exceptional customer service during scheduled maintenance, inspect for pest activity, and provide effective treatment solutions while building lasting relationships with customers.

Responsibilities include performing interior and exterior treatments, explaining procedures to customers, maintaining service records, and supporting equipment, inventory, and vehicles to ensure service quality.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history (driving a company vehicle is an essential function).
• Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior pest control treatments using approved products and methods while following all safety guidelines and PPE requirements.
• Inspect properties for signs of pest activity, identify treatment needs, and recommend appropriate solutions to address customer concerns.
• Provide exceptional customer service by explaining treatments, answering questions, maintaining accurate service records, and communicating with the office as needed.
• Maintain company equipment, inventory, and vehicles to ensure operational readiness and service quality.
• Follow company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards while utilizing technology to manage appointments and service documentation.
