Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience required.
• Mechanical aptitude with familiarity of construction-related tasks.
• Must be 21 years or older; valid driver’s license and 3+ years driving history.

Responsibilities

• Perform specialized pest control services including termite control and insulation installation.
• Complete initial indoor and outdoor pest control applications for new customers with focus on quality.
• Explain treatment plans and benefits while addressing customer questions.
• Follow service routes and schedules, coordinating with office staff for efficient delivery.
• Maintain accurate records using company systems; inspect and maintain vehicles, equipment, and PPE.
• Promote customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and adhering to company standards.
