Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking an Additional Services Technician in Houston, TX to provide specialized pest control and home protection services, including termite treatments, mosquito control, insulation installation, exclusion work, and other pest management solutions.

You will follow service routes, document work accurately, and maintain vehicles and equipment. Base pay is $21.00 per hour, with opportunities for additional earnings and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience required and familiarity with basic construction-related tasks.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license with 3+ consecutive years of driving history.
• Training and pest control licensing provided if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Perform specialized pest control services including termite control, mosquito treatments, insulation installation, and exclusion work.
• Complete initial indoor and outdoor pest control applications for new customers with attention to quality and safety.
• Explain treatment plans and service features to customers and address questions.
• Follow assigned routes and schedules, coordinating with office staff for efficient delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of customers, services, and appointments using company systems.
• Inspect and maintain vehicles, equipment, and PPE for safe operations.
• Promote customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and following procedures.
