Responsibilities

1. Complete our award-winning, company-paid training to learn the skills required to operate a pest control service route and become a Pro.
2. Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule within your assigned territory, ensuring timely and safe arrivals at each customer.
3. Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services that meet their needs for comprehensive pest management.
4. Serve as a problem solver to determine the most efficient pest solutions tailored to each customer.
5. Complete all service-related documentation accurately using the provided handheld device.

Qualifications

• No experience required—training provided!
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days (company-paid)
• Ability to work independently in the field and manage route-based assignments

Work Environment

Candidates must meet physical requirements and perform duties safely, with or without accommodations:

• Use ladders within weight capacity
• Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Access crawl spaces, attics, and confined spaces, including climbing, balancing, and stooping
• Wear PPE, including OSHA-compliant respirators
• Work in various weather conditions
