Responsibilities

1. Complete our award-winning company paid training to learn the skills for managing a pest control service route and become a Pro.
2. Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule within your territory, ensuring timely and safe arrivals.
3. Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services for complete pest management.
4. Serve as a problem solver for your customers to decide on the best pest solutions for their needs.
5. Complete all service documentation using your provided hand-held device for speed and accuracy.

Qualifications

Work Environment

Candidates must meet physical requirements and perform duties safely, with or without accommodations:

• Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Access to crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, etc., including climbing and balancing.
• Wear PPE, including OSHA-compliant respirators.
• Work in various weather conditions.
