Responsibilities

1. Complete our award-winning, company-paid training to learn the skills required to manage a pest control service route.
2. Drive a company vehicle within your assigned territory, ensuring timely and safe arrivals at each customer.
3. Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services for comprehensive pest management.
4. Serve as a problem solver to determine the most efficient pest solutions for each customer.
5. Complete all service documentation accurately using the provided handheld device.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days (company-paid).
• Ability to work independently, manage routes, and interact with customers.

Work Environment

Candidates must meet physical requirements and perform duties safely, with or without accommodations:

• Use ladders safely within weight limits.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Access crawl spaces, attics, and rooftops, including climbing and balancing.
• Wear PPE, including OSHA-compliant respirators.
• Work in various weather conditions.
