Responsibilities
- Complete our award-winning company paid training to learn the skills required for managing a pest control service route and becoming a Pro.
- Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule within your assigned territory, ensuring timely and safe arrivals.
- Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services to meet their pest management needs.
- Serve as a problem solver to determine the most efficient pest solutions for each customer.
- Complete all documentation accurately using the provided hand-held device.

Qualifications
- No experience required — we’ll train you to be a Pro!
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days (company-paid).
- Ability to work independently in the field and interact with customers.
Work Environment
Candidates must meet physical requirements and perform duties safely, with or without accommodations:
- Use ladders safely within weight limits.
- Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Access crawl spaces, attics, and rooftops, including climbing and balancing.
- Wear PPE, including OSHA-compliant respirators.
- Work in various weather conditions.
