Responsibilities

1. Complete our award-winning, company-paid training to learn the skills necessary to manage a pest control service route and become a Pro.
2. Drive a company vehicle, follow a route schedule within your territory, and ensure timely, safe arrivals at each customer.
3. Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services to meet their pest management needs.
4. Serve as a problem solver to determine the most effective pest solutions for each customer.
5. Complete all service-related documentation accurately using provided handheld devices.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days (company-paid).
• Ability to work independently in the field and manage routes effectively.

Work Environment

Must meet physical requirements and perform duties safely, with or without accommodations, including:

• Using ladders safely within weight limits.
• Lifting up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Accessing crawl spaces, attics, and rooftops, and wearing PPE including respirators.
• Working in various weather conditions.
