Position Overview:

We are seeking a hardworking, innovative, detail-oriented, and creative team player to join our Aptive team! This full-time Pest Control Technician role is based on the road around Winston-Salem, NC, with weekly reporting to our Greensboro, NC office. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a team environment and excels independently.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage daily routes to address customer pest concerns
2. Maintain truck and equipment in proper condition
3. Accurately record treatments provided
4. Handle pesticides according to laws and safety standards
5. Provide tailored pest solutions for customers
6. Maintain and service customer routes per standards
7. Advise customers on potential issues
8. Report problems to management
9. Manage pesticide inventory responsibly
10. Work assigned local routes, carrying a backpack weighing approximately 50 lbs
11. Work schedule includes every other Saturday

Qualifications:

• No experience necessary; training provided
• Valid US driver’s license for at least 3 years
• Clean driving record (no more than 1 moving violation in past year, 2 in past 4 years)
• Drug test and background check required
