Job summary

Dodson Pest Control is seeking a full-time Pest Control Technician in Knoxville, TN. You will inspect and diagnose pest issues in homes and businesses, provide professional pest management services, and maintain high customer service standards.

Training is provided; there is opportunity to become a registered technician or licensed applicator. Some weekend work may be required to meet customer needs, with a strong emphasis on safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Acceptable driving record and background check.
• Ability to work with limited supervision.
• Access to physically restrictive areas as needed.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and diagnose pest issues in residential and commercial settings.
• Provide Pest Management services to customers professionally.
• Be customer service oriented at all times.
• Apply pesticides safely and in accordance with labels and state regulations.
• Be willing to attend scheduled training and become a registered technician or licensed applicator.
• May require occasional Saturday work to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Inspect and diagnose pest issues in both residential and commercial settings
• Provide Pest Management services to residential and commercial customers in a professional manner
• Be customer service oriented at all times
• Apply pesticides in safely and effectively in accordance with the label and State regulations
• Willingness to attend and complete all scheduled training and to become a registered technician or certified and/or licensed applicator.
• Willingness to adjust standard work schedule to meet the needs of our customers, which may require occasional Saturday work

Qualifications for this position include:
