Job summary

Dodson Pest Control in Winchester, VA is hiring a Full Time Reg PC Technician. This role may start as hourly and transition to a production/commission structure after training, with a salary range of $37,000 to $62,000 annually.

Responsibilities include inspecting and diagnosing pest issues in both residential and commercial settings, providing pest management services, maintaining customer service standards, and applying pesticides safely per label and state regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Acceptable driving record and background check.
• Ability to work effectively with limited supervision.
• Ability to access physically restrictive areas and areas of significant height.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and diagnose pest issues in both residential and commercial settings
• Provide Pest Management services to residential and commercial customers in a professional manner
• Be customer service oriented at all times
• Apply pesticides in safely and effectively in accordance with the label and State regulations
• Willingness to attend and complete all scheduled training and to become a registered technician or certified and/or licensed applicator.
• Willingness to adjust standard work schedule to meet the needs of our customers, which may require occasional Saturday work

The Pest Control Technician position may begin as an hourly paid position and after training change to a production/commission arrangement. Average earnings on this arrangement are $48,000 per year.
