Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking skilled candidates for a full-time Innovation/Utility specialist role focused on pest control, TAP insulation installation, and light construction tasks. You will work with residential and commercial clients, performing inspections, installations, and safe wildlife removal in diverse environments.

The position emphasizes safety, customer communication, and adherence to training on industry regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid driver’s license from state of residence
• Available to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed

Responsibilities

• Perform pest control inspections and services for residential and commercial clients.
• Install and maintain termite control systems.
• Install TAP insulation and manage job-site prep and cleanup.
• Assist with light construction and minor repairs related to pest damage
• Explain services and provide guidance on pest control measures to customers
• Set up exclusion traps and wildlife removal following safety protocols
