Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking an Innovation/Utility Specialist to perform pest control, exclusion services, and TAP insulation installation, contributing to community safety and satisfaction.

You will conduct inspections, install and maintain termite systems, assist with light construction, and communicate clearly with customers to explain services and safety guidelines. Training will be provided, and opportunities for growth exist within the Rentokil family.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Available to work Monday–Friday and Saturdays as needed.
• Solid reading, writing and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Pest control inspections and services for residential and commercial clients.
• Install and maintain termite control systems.
• Install TAP insulation and manage job-site prep and cleanup.
• Assist with light construction and repairs related to pest damage.
• Explain services to customers and provide pest-control guidance.
• Perform exclusion and wildlife removal with safety protocols.
• Stay updated on industry trends and participate in training.
