Job summary

Terminix is seeking Innovation/Utility specialists to perform the combined duties of pest control, exclusion services, and TAP insulation installation, helping protect communities and properties. The role involves inspections, termite control installation, and customer interaction across residential and commercial settings.

You will work in varied environments, including tight spaces and on rooftops, following safety protocols and training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, related experience or training, or equivalent.
• Possess a valid driver's license from state of residence.
• Available to work Monday–Friday and Saturdays as needed.
• Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Basic math skills and ability to follow product labels.
• Licenses/certificates as required by regulations (covered by us)

Responsibilities

• Perform pest control inspections and services for residential and commercial clients.
• Install and maintain termite control systems.
• Install TAP insulation and manage job-site prep and cleanup.
• Assist with light construction and repairs related to pest damage.
• Communicate with customers to explain services and ensure satisfaction.
