Job summary

Terminix, a Rentokil family company, seeks an Innovation/Utility specialist to perform pest control, insulation installation (TAP), and light construction duties in residential and commercial settings. You will interact with customers, carry out exclusion services, and ensure safety protocols are followed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must possess a valid driver's license from the state of residence.
• Available to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed.
• Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Basic math skills—add, subtract, multiply, and divide with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.

Responsibilities

• Pest control inspections and services for residential and commercial clients, installation and maintenance of termite control systems.
• TAP Insulation installation and related site setup/cleanup.
• Assist with light construction projects and minor repairs related to pest damage.
• Explain services to customers and provide guidance on pest control measures.
• Perform exclusion services and wildlife removal, including setting up exclusion traps and safety protocols.
• Stay updated on industry trends and participate in training to enhance pest control skills.
