Job summary
Terminix is seeking an Innovation/Utility Specialist to perform pest control, exclusion services, TAP insulation installation and light construction. You will work on residential and commercial sites, manage job-site prep and safety, and communicate clearly with customers to explain services and outcomes.
The role supports a dynamic team with ongoing training, safety procedures, and opportunities for growth in a nationwide network.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent
- Clear reading, writing and verbal communication skills
- Basic math skills for measuring and mixing instructions
- Customer-facing experience preferred
- Possess a valid driver’s license from state of residence
- Licenses/certificates as required by regulations (covered by employer)
- Solid safety awareness and ability to follow procedures
Responsibilities
- Perform pest inspections and services for residential and commercial clients, install and maintain termite control systems
- Efficiently install TAP insulation and manage job-site prep and cleanup
- Assist with light construction and repairs related to pest damage
- Communicate clearly with customers to explain services and advise on pest control measures
- Conduct exclusion services and wildlife removal with proper safety protocols
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current on industry trends and regulations
