Job summary

Terminix, part of the Rentokil family, is seeking an Innovation/Utility Specialist to perform pest control, insulation installation, and minor construction tasks in our service area. You will interact with customers, conduct inspections, and ensure high-quality service while following safety protocols.

The role includes wildlife exclusion, maintenance of exclusion traps, and ongoing learning to stay updated on industry practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license from state of residence.
• Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect residential and commercial properties for pest activity and perform pest control services.
• Install TAP insulation and manage job-site preparations and clean-up.
• Assist with light construction projects and repairs related to pest damage.
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain services and provide guidance on pest control measures.
• Perform exclusion services and wildlife removal with safety protocols.
