Job summary

Terminix in the United States is seeking an Innovation/Utility specialist to perform integrated pest control, exclusion services, and TAP insulation installation, delivering high-quality service to our residential and commercial customers.

The role requires physical work around animals and construction tasks, safety training, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. You will work Monday through Friday with Saturdays as needed, and benefit from the Rentokil family’s support and day-one benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Able to read and follow product labels.
• Customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pest control inspections and services for residential and commercial clients.
• Install and maintain termite control systems.
• TAP insulation installation and related duties.
• Assist with light construction and repairs related to pest damage.
• Interact with customers to explain services and safety measures.
• Perform exclusion services and wildlife removal.
