Job summary

Terminix is seeking Innovation/Utility specialists to perform pest control, exclusion services, TAP insulation installation, and light construction. You will work with residential and commercial clients to protect properties and communities.

This full-time role requires physical work, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel locally; training is provided, and benefits start day one.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license in your state.
• Customer-facing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow product labels.
• Good communication and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Pest control inspections and services for residential and commercial clients.
• Install and maintain termite control systems as part of pest management.
• Efficiently perform TAP insulation installation with quality service.
• Assist with light construction and repairs related to pest damage.
• Interact with customers to explain services and provide guidance on pest control measures.
• Perform exclusion services and wildlife removal with strict safety protocols.
• Complete production forms documenting services performed.
