Qualifications

• One or more years of customer service experience in an in-house/call center environment.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer/typing skills.

Responsibilities

• Take inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their accounts and services.
• Actively listen and provide world-class customer advocacy in every interaction.
