Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions in Denver, CO is seeking a Service Technician to deliver proactive pest control during scheduled appointments. You will inspect interiors and exteriors, explain treatments, and maintain accurate service records while building lasting customer relationships.

Requirements include 1+ year of customer service experience, ability to obtain pest control licensing, and a valid driver’s license with at least 3 years of driving history.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history; driving a company vehicle is essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior pest control treatments using approved products and methods following safety guidelines and PPE.
• Inspect properties for signs of pest activity and recommend solutions to address concerns.
• Explain treatments, answer questions, maintain accurate service records, and communicate with the office.
• Maintain company equipment, inventory, and vehicles to ensure readiness and service quality.
• Follow policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards while using technology to manage appointments and documentation.
