Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking a Service Technician to deliver exceptional customer service during scheduled maintenance visits in Eden Prairie, MN. You will inspect for pest activity, perform approved treatments, and build lasting customer relationships through effective communication and detailed service records.

The role emphasizes safety, adherence to PPE, and use of technology to manage appointments.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license and 3+ consecutive years of driving history
• State-required pest control training and licensing if applicable (provided)

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior pest control treatments using approved products and methods while following all safety guidelines and PPE requirements.
• Inspect properties for signs of pest activity, identify treatment needs, and recommend appropriate solutions to address customer concerns.
• Provide exceptional customer service by explaining treatments, answering questions, maintaining accurate service records, and communicating with the office as needed.
• Maintain company equipment, inventory, and vehicles to ensure operational readiness and service quality.
• Follow company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards while utilizing technology to manage appointments and service documentation.
