Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking a Service Technician to deliver outstanding pest-control service during scheduled visits in Colorado. You will inspect, treat interior and exterior areas, communicate with customers, and maintain accurate records while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history.
• Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior pest control treatments using approved products and methods, following safety guidelines and PPE requirements.
• Inspect properties for signs of pest activity, identify treatment needs, and recommend solutions to address concerns.
• Explain treatments, answer questions, maintain service records, and communicate with the office as needed.
• Maintain company equipment, inventory, and vehicles to ensure readiness and quality of service.
• Follow policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards while using technology to manage appointments and documentation.
