Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions in Kailua, Hawaii, seeks an Additional Services Technician to deliver termite, mosquito, insulation, and other pest-control services with a focus on quality and customer care.

Requires 1+ year of customer service and mechanical aptitude, a valid driver’s license with 3+ years of driving, and state pest-control training if applicable. Base pay is $22.00/hr with potential additional earnings; benefits available.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience with mechanical aptitude.
• Must be 25 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license with 3+ consecutive years of driving history.
• Earn and maintain state-required pest control training/licensing if applicable (provided).

Responsibilities

• Perform specialized pest control services (termite control, mosquito treatments, insulation installation, exclusion work, and other offerings).
• Complete initial indoor/outdoor pest control applications for new customers with focus on quality and safety.
• Explain treatment plans, service features and benefits while addressing questions.
• Follow service routes/schedules and coordinate with office staff for efficient delivery.
• Maintain accurate customer/service/appointment records using company systems.
• Inspect and maintain vehicles/equipment/PPE for safe operations.
• Promote customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and adhering to standards.
