Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions seeks a Service Technician to deliver exceptional pest control service during scheduled maintenance, inspecting for pest activity, applying effective treatments, and building lasting customer relationships in Hawaii. You will communicate proactively, ensure accuracy in service records, and uphold safety standards.

The role requires driving, adherence to PPE guidelines, and the ability to lift and perform physical tasks.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver's license and 3+ consecutive years of driving history.
• Earn and maintain state-required pest control training and licensing if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior pest control treatments using approved products and methods while following all safety guidelines and PPE requirements.
• Inspect properties for signs of pest activity, identify treatment needs, and recommend appropriate solutions to address customer concerns.
• Provide exceptional customer service by explaining treatments, answering questions, maintaining accurate service records, and communicating with the office as needed.
• Maintain company equipment, inventory, and vehicles to ensure operational readiness and service quality.
• Follow company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards while utilizing technology to manage appointments and service documentation.
