Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions seeks a Service Technician to deliver top-notch pest control services during scheduled maintenance appointments and to build lasting customer relationships. You will inspect for activity, explain treatments, and maintain service records, while upholding safety standards and company policies.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in customer service, a valid driver's license, and driving history.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior pest control treatments using approved products and methods while following all safety guidelines and PPE requirements.
• Inspect properties for signs of pest activity, identify treatment needs, and recommend appropriate solutions to address customer concerns.
• Provide exceptional customer service by explaining treatments, answering questions, maintaining accurate service records, and communicating with the office as needed.
• Maintain company equipment, inventory, and vehicles to ensure operational readiness and service quality.
• Follow company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards while utilizing technology to manage appointments and service documentation.
