Job summary

The Shield Co. Management, LLC, operating EcoShield Pest Solutions, is seeking a Service Technician in Illinois to deliver pest control treatments during scheduled maintenance appointments and to build lasting customer relationships.

You will inspect properties, explain treatments, and maintain accurate service records while ensuring safety and compliance. Requirements include 1+ years in customer service, a valid driver's license with 3+ years driving history, and availability for

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience (preferred).
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history; driving a company vehicle is an essential function.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior pest control treatments following safety guidelines and PPE requirements.
• Inspect properties for signs of pest activity and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Explain treatments, answer questions, maintain service records, and communicate with the office.
• Maintain company equipment, inventory, and vehicles to ensure readiness and quality of service.
• Follow policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards while using technology to manage appointments and documentation.
