Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions is hiring an Additional Services Technician to provide specialized pest control and home protection services. You will deliver high-quality services, ensure accurate documentation, and uphold safety standards while maintaining a strong focus on customer care.

The role combines hands-on service delivery with driving responsibilities and requires 1+ years in customer service, a valid license, and the ability to operate ladders and power tools safely.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience required.
• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with construction-related tasks, including operating ladders and power tools safely and effectively.
• Must be 21 years of age or older, with a valid driver’s license and 3+ years of driving history.
• State-required pest control training and licensing, if applicable (provided).

Responsibilities

• Perform specialized pest control services, including termite control, mosquito treatments, insulation installation, and exclusion work.
• Complete initial indoor and outdoor pest control applications for new customers with focus on quality and detail.
• Explain treatment plans, service features, and benefits while addressing customer questions and concerns.
• Follow service routes and schedules, coordinating with office staff and management for efficient service delivery.
• Maintain accurate customer, service, and appointment records using company systems.
• Inspect and maintain company vehicles, equipment, and PPE to ensure safety and efficiency.
