Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking a Service Technician in Columbus, OH to deliver excellent pest control services during scheduled maintenance. You will inspect for activity, apply approved treatments, and build lasting customer relationships through proactive communication and attention to detail.

Requirements include 1+ year of customer service experience, a valid driver’s license with 3+ years of driving history, and training/licensing as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license and 3+ years of driving history; driving a company vehicle is essential.
• State-required pest control training/licensing provided, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior pest control treatments using approved products and methods while following all safety guidelines and PPE requirements.
• Inspect properties for signs of pest activity, identify treatment needs, and recommend appropriate solutions to address customer concerns.
• Provide exceptional customer service by explaining treatments, answering questions, maintaining accurate service records, and communicating with the office as needed.
• Maintain company equipment, inventory, and vehicles to ensure operational readiness and service quality.
• Follow company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards while utilizing technology to manage appointments and service documentation.
