Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions in Columbus, Ohio seeks an Additional Services Technician to provide specialized pest control and home protection services, including termite treatments, mosquito control, insulation installation, and exclusion work.

This role combines hands-on service with customer care, focusing on accurate documentation, safe operations, and high-quality results, with a base hourly pay range and opportunities for additional earnings.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history.
• Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).

Responsibilities

• Perform specialized pest control services including termite control and mosquito treatments.
• Complete initial indoor/outdoor pest control applications for new customers with quality and detail.
• Explain treatment plans and benefits to customers, addressing questions and concerns.
• Follow service routes and schedules; coordinate with office staff for efficient delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of customers, services, and appointments.
• Inspect vehicles, equipment, and PPE to ensure safety and readiness.
• Deliver high-quality service per company standards to promote satisfaction.
