EcoShield Pest Solutions seeks a Start Technician to deliver a 5-star customer experience by performing initial pest control services for new customers. You will apply chemicals and manual treatments, follow routes, and maintain accurate service records in Columbus, OH.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license and 3+ years of driving history; driving a company vehicle is an essential function of this role.
• Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough indoor and outdoor initial pest control treatments for new customers, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Engage with customers to clearly explain service features and benefits while delivering exceptional customer service and support.
• Follow assigned routes, communicate effectively with office staff and managers, and maintain accurate service records.
• Maintain equipment, vehicle, and safety gear in proper working condition, while utilizing technology to manage appointments and customer information.
