This hands-on leadership role combines coaching with field work, overseeing scheduling, routes, inspections, and performance management; you will mentor technicians, conduct audits, and support client audits while maintaining service quality and

Qualifications

• Pest control experience is required.
• 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to perform technical service work in the field.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear and professional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate Service Professionals through regular communication and field engagement.
• Oversee scheduling, routing, and coverage to ensure uninterrupted service.
• Review weekly timesheets and coordinate with office staff.
• Troubleshoot day-to-day operational challenges and ensure service quality.
• Perform technical pest inspections and treatments as needed to support the team.
• Participate in an on-call rotation, including nights and weekends.
