You will monitor routes, enforce safety, handle customer concerns, evaluate performance, manage inventory, and train staff to uphold Terminix standards nationwide. Relocation willingness is appreciated as opportunities arise across branches.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree; four-year degree desirable.
• Valid driver’s license from state of residence.
• 1–2 years related experience helpful but not required.
• Willingness to relocate preferred.
• Strong communication skills (oral/written/presenting).
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Rapport-building ability.
• Detail-oriented; prioritizes safety.
• Solid basic/intermediate math skills.
• Comfortable with outdoor work and confined spaces (crawl spaces, attics).

Responsibilities

• Monitor branch scheduling and ensure pest tech routes are completed.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards.
• Respond to customer concerns, including resolving cancellations.
• Inspect and evaluate Pest Technicians' performance.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of pest control products.
• Facilitate ongoing training of local sales and service teams.
