Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a group of front-line colleagues
• Provide highly skilled hands-on management
• Train and develop technicians
• Monitor scheduling and routing to drive efficiencies and productivity
• Schedule client services and route service technicians
• Motivate the service team to provide high-quality services
• Guide technicians in resolving client issues
• Ensure customer expectations are met
• Interact with commercial and residential clients
• Perform quality site inspections
• Review and submit service-related documents and reporting
• Assist with interviewing and selecting technicians and trainees
