Braman Termite & Pest Elimination in Lowell, MA, is hiring a Service Supervisor to lead and support our field team from the Waltham office, serving parts of Boston and surrounding communities.

This hands-on leadership role blends operations with field coaching; you’ll schedule, train, inspect, and ensure safety standards while guiding technicians to deliver high-quality pest control services.

Qualifications

• Pest control experience required.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working both in the field and in an office setting.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support Service Professionals in the field
• Monitor performance and provide ongoing training and feedback
• Oversee daily scheduling, routing, and service coverage
• Troubleshoot operational issues and support your team as needed
• Perform inspections and treatments when necessary
• Conduct ride-alongs, audits, and quality checks
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
