Qualifications

• 7+ years of pest control experience.
• 3+ years leadership experience.
• Certified in area servicing.
• In-depth knowledge of Rottler – scheduling, accounts, pricing, and sales operations.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other technology as needed.
• Ability to read, write and comprehend English.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop technicians; daily check-ins, branch meetings, ride-alongs, and one-on-ones.
• Set branch goals with Regional Manager and track progress; use data to identify training needs.
• Follow up on negative customer feedback and document outcomes; coordinate with other departments as needed.
• Monitor past-due balances and ensure field staff follow protocol.
• Monthly meet-and-review with routing coordinator to optimize routes.
• Collaborate with Technical Director to schedule trainings and certifications; submit documentation.
• Conduct service quality checks on residential and commercial accounts; ensure audit readiness.
• Promote a safe work environment; perform truck inspections and maintain equipment.
• Manage a small route for training opportunities with new technicians.
• Participate in company meetings and develop leadership skills.
