Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; a 2- or 4-year degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• 1–2 years related experience preferred.
• Knowledge of dry chemicals and pesticides; DOT rules knowledge.
• Ability to lead a service team and manage customer relations.

Responsibilities

• Directs staff of branch service department to provide quality service to all customers.
• Provides up-to-date training of branch service and sales personnel.
• Inspects termite and pest control work to ensure compliance with standards.
• Responds to customer complaints and retains accounts.
• Monitors monthly customers to be serviced and maintains inventory.
• Serves pest routes when necessary and supports safety procedures.
