Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Service Manager to lead a high-performance service operation and develop a team delivering exceptional pest control. You’ll blend industry knowledge with strong interpersonal skills to earn customer trust and drive growth.

With award-winning training and a company vehicle, you’ll guide field teams, manage schedules, and champion new products while maintaining safety and quality standards across customer sites.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Lead an entire service operation upon completion of paid training.
• Motivate the service team to provide top-notch service with safety in mind.
• Demonstrate professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Assist with recruiting top talent for the service team.
• Train and develop Orkin Pros through hands-on management.
• Lead training meetings and oversee Ride-A-Long program.
• Ensure customer expectations are met through inspections and empathetic service.
• Champion innovation by adopting new products, services and technology.
• Monitor scheduling, routing and inventory to drive efficiency.
