Fox Pest Control is seeking a Pest Control Service Manager in Bloomingdale, IL to lead a branch in delivering top-tier pest control services. You will drive operations, mentor technicians, and partner with the branch team to uphold our core values and service standards.

The ideal candidate has leadership experience in pest control or related fields, strong communication skills, and a focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience in pest control or lawn care preferred.
• Understanding of state and federal regulations.
• Sales management experience is a plus.
• Excellent customer service and retention abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent follow-up, organizational, and time management skills including route management.
• Capable of handling a wide variety of duties.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and integrate Fox Pest Control's core values into every aspect of the branch.
• Engage in all facets of the pest control industry including technical, route, sales, administrative, and operational management.
• Work closely with the branch manager and other service managers to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee, train, and evaluate a team of technicians to maintain high service standards.
• Develop and execute company policies and procedures.
• Lead, coach, and counsel a multi-level staff of 10+ individuals.
• Take on other tasks as assigned to support the branch.
