Job summary

Fox Pest Control seeks a full-time Pest Control Service Manager to lead the branch, uphold our core values, and drive operations to new heights. This role focuses on developing leaders, maintaining strong customer relationships, and delivering outstanding service across maintenance operations.

You will supervise technicians, collaborate with the Branch Manager, implement policies, and coach a diverse team to achieve branch goals.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a management role.
• Experience in pest control or lawn care industry preferred.
• Understanding of industry standards and state/federal regulations.
• Sales management experience is a plus.
• Exceptional customer service and retention abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent follow-up, organizational, and time management skills, including route management.
• Ability to handle a wide variety of duties.

Responsibilities

• Embody Fox Pest Control's core values by leading the team and setting an example.
• Engage in all facets of the pest control industry, including technical, route, sales, administrative, and operational management.
• Collaborate closely with the Branch Manager and office personnel to ensure smooth operations.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate technicians to maintain high service standards.
• Plan and implement company policies and procedures.
• Manage a diverse, multi-level staff of 10+ individuals.
• Take on other duties as assigned to support the branch.
