Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a management role.
• Experience in the pest control or lawn care industry preferred.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations.
• Sales management experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service and retention abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organization and time management, including route management.
• Ability to multi-task across duties.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and integrate core values into the branch.
• Engage in all facets of the pest control industry, including technical, route, sales, administrative, and operational management.
• Collaborate with Branch Manager and office personnel to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee, train, and evaluate technicians to maintain high service standards.
• Develop and implement company policies and procedures.
• Lead and coach a multi-level staff of 10+ individuals.
• Take on additional duties as assigned to support the branch.
